You have the right to cancel your order for custom-made or personalized goods within 3 days from the date the order was placed. This cooling-off period allows you to reconsider your purchase without penalty (Does not apply for express service).

Returns and Exchanges

If your sofa or other furniture item is deemed to be faulty within 7 days of receipt and you do not wish for the item to be repaired or replaced, you are able to reject the item and receive a full refund.
